Have you ever wished you could print a beautiful photo or illustration you chanced on the web into a huge poster which you want to hang on your wall ? Now you can using the free PosteRazor software and an ordinary desktop Inkjet printer.

PosteRazor is a free GPLed software available for Windows, OS X and Linux which will help you cut a huge raster image into pieces which can then be printed out and assembled into a poster.

PosteRazor accepts almost all image formats as input and you can set dimensions in different units such as cm, m, mm, pt, inch and ft.

The page size and orientation of the printer where the poster will be printed can be set manually or you can choose one of the pre-selected ones.

The output of  PosteRazor is a multi-page PDF file which you can then print by sending it  to your desktop printer.
